Terms & conditions
These terms govern every purchase made through this online shop, including the instant PDF. They are written in plain English; where EU or Slovak consumer law grants you more, the law wins. Personalised prints are made to order and cannot be returned — please read section on withdrawal before you pay.
1. Who we are
The shop at https://zenitmap.teamday.cc (“Zenitmap”) is operated by Teamday s.r.o., Bratislava, Slovakia, registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic (the “Seller”). Contact: shop@teamday.ai. Supervisory authority: Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava.
2. Ordering and contract
Product listings are an invitation to make an offer. By clicking “Pay” or “Place order” you submit a binding order with an obligation to pay. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation. We may decline orders that cannot be fulfilled (for example, a product sold out in the meantime) and will refund any payment already made.
Prices are in euro and include Slovak VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; we will contact you before proceeding.
3. Payment
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal via Stripe, and SEPA bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are reserved for 5 working days and dispatched once payment arrives. Business customers may request payment on invoice for corporate orders.
4. Delivery
We ship to the EU countries listed on our shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when you (or a person you nominated) take physical possession of the goods. If a parcel is lost in transit we will re-send or refund.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day on which you or a third party you named receives the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send us an unambiguous statement (email is fine) — you may use the form below. Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal; you bear the direct cost of return. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of their return), using the same means of payment you used.
Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to (a) goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — every Zenitmap print (poster, canvas, framed print, mug) is rendered for the date, place, coordinates and text you enter and is produced to order, so it cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(c); Act 108/2024 Coll. §19(1)), (b) digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (the instant PDF star map), where you expressly asked us to deliver it immediately and acknowledged at checkout that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts (art. 16(m)) and (c) orders that you cancelled and re-placed with corrected personalisation — the cancelled order is refunded in full, the new order is again a personalised product. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are unaffected.

6. Warranty and faulty goods
Goods must conform to the contract. If something is faulty or not as described you have the statutory remedies under EU Directive 2019/771 and the Slovak Civil Code — repair, replacement, price reduction or refund — for 2 years from delivery. Report defects to shop@teamday.ai; we usually resolve claims within a few days and always within the 30 days required by law.

We process your data as described in our Privacy policy.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by Slovak law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or an alternative dispute resolution body such as the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI).
10. Personalisation and your preview
Every product is generated from the details you enter (date, time, place or coordinates, names, text, style, size). The live preview in the configurator shows the exact composition that will be printed or delivered as a PDF, except for screen colour differences and the print bleed area. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates and places before paying. We review every order for offensive content and may refuse to print it; a refused order is refunded in full.
11. Cancelling or correcting an order
You can correct or cancel a print order free of charge until it is sent to production. The link on your order confirmation shows the remaining time (normally 60 minutes after payment). After production has started the order can no longer be changed and, because the product is personalised, it is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. If you notice a typo after this point, contact us: we will reprint the item at our cost price plus shipping.
12. Digital products (instant PDF)
The PDF is delivered by download link on the order-success page and by e-mail, immediately after payment and only if you have ticked the consent at checkout. The link stays valid for at least 12 months; we will re-send it on request. The PDF is licensed for your personal use and for printing in any quantity for personal gifts; it may not be resold or offered for download. A PDF included free with a printed order is delivered on the same terms.
13. Production and delivery
Prints are produced to order by our print partners inside the European Union (Gelato and Printful facilities, e.g. in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Latvia) and shipped directly to you. Production takes 1–3 working days; delivery times per country are shown on the Shipping page and on every product page. Delivery dates before Christmas are guaranteed only for orders placed before the cut-off date shown on the product page; later orders are delivered after Christmas, and we recommend the PDF or the "PDF now, print later" bundle.
14. Accuracy of the maps
Star maps are calculated for the place, date and minute you enter, using the Hipparcos star catalogue and the local time zone (including daylight-saving rules) of the chosen place; they show the sky as seen from that spot, looking up. City maps are drawn from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, openstreetmap.org/copyright) and reflect the map data available on the day of rendering, not necessarily the state of the streets on your chosen date. Moon phases are computed for the chosen date at local midday. If a delivered print differs from the preview you approved, or contains an error in our calculation, we reprint it free of charge.
15. Defects, damage and the legal guarantee
Your statutory rights under the two-year legal guarantee are not affected by the exclusion of the right of withdrawal. If a print arrives damaged, misprinted, with colour or paper defects, or does not match your approved preview, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery; we will reprint or refund. Damaged items do not need to be sent back.
16. Intellectual property
You confirm that the names, text and places you enter do not infringe the rights of third parties. Map data is used under the Open Database License (ODbL); star data comes from public-domain catalogues (ESA Hipparcos, Yale Bright Star Catalogue). The Zenitmap designs, styles and software remain our property.

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. Last updated: September 2026.
