Shipping, delivery dates & returns
Every print is produced to order inside the EU and shipped straight from the print facility. Shipping is included in the price in Germany, Austria, Benelux and Central Europe; elsewhere a small fee applies. The PDF has no shipping at all — it is ready the moment you pay.
Shipping rates
Prices include VAT. Delivery times are working days from your order, production included, and are typical rather than guaranteed. Framed prints and canvases take one to two days longer than posters because they are built, not just printed.

We ship to 27 EU countries. We do not currently ship to the UK, Switzerland, Norway or outside Europe. Because everything is produced inside the EU single market there are no customs duties or import VAT on arrival: the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Where your print is made
Prints are produced by our partners Gelato and Printful at the facility closest to you — Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Italy, Sweden or Latvia — which keeps parcels short and delivery fast. Production takes 1–3 working days; the parcel then travels with DHL, DPD, PostNL or InPost, depending on the country. You will see the producing partner and the carrier in your order status.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, and you can always check the status on Track an order. Posters ship rolled in a rigid tube; framed prints ship in a corner-protected box.
Christmas cut-off dates
From 1 December every product page shows the last order date for delivery before 24 December in your country. Plan on: posters and canvases for Germany, Austria, Benelux and Central Europe by 12 December, framed prints by 9 December; West, South, Nordics and Baltics by 9 December; the rest of the EU by 4 December. After the cut-off, the instant PDF (€12.90, or free with a printed order) is delivered in seconds, and the “PDF now, print in January” bundle lets you give the print on the day and receive the poster after the holidays.
Instant PDF
The PDF star map is delivered on the order-success page and by email immediately after payment — A2, 300 dpi, ready for any print shop or for your own printer. The download link stays valid for at least 12 months; if you lose the email, write to us and we will re-send it. Ordering a PDF only? You do not need a street address, just your country.
Correcting a typo, cancelling
You can change or cancel a print order free of charge until it goes into production — normally 60 minutes after payment; the link in your order confirmation shows how long you have. After that the print is being made for you and can no longer be changed. Found a typo later? Contact us: we reprint at our cost price plus shipping, no argument.
Damaged, misprinted, or not what you approved
If a print arrives creased, damaged, with a colour or paper fault, or if it differs from the preview you approved — including any error in our calculation — send a photo of the print and the packaging to shop@teamday.ai within 14 days of delivery. We reprint or refund, your choice, and you do not need to send anything back.
Returns & the right of withdrawal
Every Zenitmap print is rendered for the date, place and text you enter and produced to order. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and § 19(1) of Slovak Act 108/2024 Coll.) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, so a personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started. The instant PDF is excluded from the moment the download starts, provided you ticked the consent at checkout. Your two-year legal guarantee against defects is not affected by any of this — see above.
