I made a typo — can you fix it? If the order is not yet in production (normally within 60 minutes of payment), use the “edit or cancel” link in your confirmation email and correct it yourself. Later than that, write to us: we reprint at our cost price plus shipping.
What does the star map actually show? The sky above the place you entered, at the date and minute you entered, looking straight up; the middle of the circle is the zenith. The accuracy page explains it in detail.
Will it arrive before Christmas? Every product page shows the last order date for your country from 1 December. Posters for Germany, Austria, Benelux and Central Europe: order by 12 December; framed by 9 December. After that, the instant PDF arrives in seconds.
Can I get the PDF now and the poster later? Yes — the “PDF now, print in January” bundle delivers the PDF immediately and the poster after the holidays, and every printed order includes the PDF free of charge anyway.
Can you send the print straight to the person as a gift? Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a message; we print it on a free gift card, and no prices go into the parcel.
Do you send invoices? Every order gets a receipt by email; companies get a VAT invoice — write to us with your VAT number.
